issues, such as e-mail, server, c-panel, FTP, Cron-Tab etc. At 4 Gays Hosting, because
our goal is to provide our users and customers with as much support and
assistance as possible, we will make every attempt to provide support
for any issue you have related to your website. We have even gone so
far as to transfer files over from another server for a customer who was
having problems doing it themselves. We truly WANT to help you and your
website succeed. However, you must understand that server related issues
take priority over anything or requests for assistance.
Any issues not related to the server functions will be handled as quickly as
possible. Since we can not be experts in every add-on, script or
application available, if we can not help you, we will at the very least
point you in the direction of how to obtain the assistance you need.

lease servers from our provider frequent the forum and are always happy

If you are experiencing a server related problem that is not an emergency,
please complete a Trouble Ticket by logging in to our Tech Support Center. In the
event of a SERVER emergency, you may telephone us at 224-612-4032 between the
hours of 7:00 am - 9:00 pm Central Time. If the server appears to be
down, please understand that, because the servers are monitored every 5
minutes 24 hours a day every day, we will know about it before you do and
the data center techs are probably already working on the problem.
